Working in the Investment Agency department advising on mainstream acquisitions and disposals of the main sectors throughout Scotland and funding structures in the Alternative Sectors.My most notible transaction was the disposal of 141 Bothwell Street in Glasgow on behalf of PPG for £66.5 million.Clients during this time included , Aberdeen Asset Management, AXA, Buccleuch Property Group, DTZ Investment Management, Invista REIM, PPG, and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.

Commercial property investment advice on disposals and acquisitions throughout Scotland in the retail, office and industrial sectors.My most significant transaction was the particiularly complex disposal of the Pentagon Centre in Glasgow for around £25 million.

Working in a property investment and development company, my role included sourcing new investment stock, acquisitions, origination and implementation of an asset management plan to extract enhanced capital values, and disposals. Predominantly working within the retail sector throughout the UK.My most significant acqusition was Cockhedge Shopping Park in Warrington for £45 million, returning over £10million to the joint venture vehicle within 18 months.Fund manager for The Nelson Fund, a small fund aimed towards the high net worth market aiming to deliver 11-12% geared returns through working asset management intensive assets.Halladale was subsequently acquired by, and is now known as, Stockland from May 2007.

Working from both the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, my role commenced with Industrial Agency, to Valuation, then subsequently to Investment Agency. I was seconded to London to work with Philip Marsden in assisting him with a £250 million industrial investment portfolio disposal in England for Morley (now Aviva Investors).
