A BEng qualified Engineering Manager in the defence sector with significant experience managing teams of technicians in an engineering environment. Recently, as a Scrum Master for Lloyds Banking Group I honed my expertise in agile methodologies, fostering communication and collaboration across teams working with data scientists and data engineers to help the bank’s transition to Google Cloud. Qualified in project management, with experience in bid and requirements management, WIP management and continuous improvement in large projects. Always striving for further knowledge, continuing academic education whilst working full-time and gaining further professional qualifications. Always looking to build a project management repertoire, holding a high level of security clearance. Personally, have a love of space, and the space industry, watch rugby and American football regularly and enjoy nothing more than long walks with partner and rescue dog, Jet.
