I'm an experienced Learning & Development professional known for delivering success across a variety of Senior Leadership roles in Industry L&D. My experience includes establishing, leading and managing an award-winning Engineering Academy network of six Training Centre’s for British Gas, and most recently, I was Project Manager for the creation of a major Immersive Learning Centre for the Eiffage Keir Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture. I currently operate at Consultancy level as Chief Examiner for the Gas Engineering Operative and Smart Meter Installer Apprenticeships at Energy & Utility Independent Assessment Services where my experience includes implementing Apprenticeship Standards, creating processes and documentation in support of the application of Assessment Plans. I lead a team of Assessors, across all End Point Assessment activities associated with Gas Engineering and Smart Metering.At Centrica I led the Field Development Training team for British Gas Engineering Academy through a period of extensive business growth. I ran a high-profile project to create and deploy the Gas Engineering ‘Trailblazer’ apprenticeship for Centrica plc. I'm a moderniser and always seek to employ creativity and innovation to enhance any learner experience to the benefit of the individual and the organisation. I have an interest in how our industry will meet the training requirements arising from our strive towards a nett-zero emissions target and seek to influence this agenda
