I am focused on finding deals, solving property problems and adding value to property through design.I am working to create a portfolio of high-end, co-living HMOs in the UK. ARCHITECT--- --- --- --- I have 25+ years experience as architect, including extensive experience of urban residential design. I have also designed several education buildings for colleges and universities in the UK. Since moving to Norway, I have worked on residential-led mixed-use and office projects at all stages. I qualified as an architect in the UK and was a Chartered Architect (RIBA) for 20 years.I moved to Oslo, Norway in 2010. I am also a qualified architect in Norway and was a member of Norske Arkitekters Landsforbund (MNAL) during my first 5 years working in Norway.I specialise in the following areas:BIM and collaborative 3D design, detailing and building technology, materials, residential design, superdense urban development, feasibility studies and planning, private and social housing design, building regulations. DIGITAL MARKETER--- --- --- --- --- ---I am currently involved in several Digital Marketing projects, and I am also a marketing consultant to local business, which includes website design, running Google ads and YouTube ads campaigns, copywriting and managing email lists. OTHER INTERESTS--- --- --- --- --- ---I am interested in:Music theory, space technology, low energy design, stereoscopic (3D) photography, web design, graphics, DSLR filmmaking, digital marketing and online advertising.I have played guitar for over 34 years, including in several bands.
