My time as a Customer Success Manager in the Customer Success department found me responsible for the following roles & duties. - utilize Assent's software to help companies manage their supply chains- Providing consultation services on how to private and public companies can comply with certain Environmental and Ethical Sourcing Regulations such as Conflict Minerals and Anti-Human Trafficking- manage the data collection program of clients through Assent software - contact client supply chains and gather compliance information - overall program management of Assent clients- implementation of new clients and program planning

The Project Manager is pivotal in achieving project success.As part of a cross functional team the Project Manager is responsible for quality implementation of complex multi-million dollar Compliance Software and Management System projects.
