Providing an Account Handling service to a portfolio of clients, together with acting as a technical referral point for colleagues.I joined Heartland in July 2002, initially as an Account Handler. My role developed into a mix of Account Executive and Account Handler work, with the former becoming more of the focus. Personal circumstances led to two lengthy periods of compassionate leave and on returning to work my role changed to an internal one assisting with Operations and Compliance. In April 2014 I returned to an Account Handling role, but also retained some Operations responsibilities. As a widowed parent, I now work on a part time basis, splitting my time between work and home.
