My role at Office Depot is twofold: I am either a cashier, helping check customers out and being the last line of defense in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction and the first person greeting customers walking in and directing them where they need to go. Also in my cashier role, I am also the last line in terms of selling some of Office Depot's services, like ink subscriptions and Squaretrade plans. I also help process freight through stocking shelves, and stowing any excess product into "top stock," and also help on the floor with any customer needs.
