Co-founded SF Native Tours in 2014 with the mission of providing the most authentic local experiences of San Francisco while focusing on the local community. Lead the company to become profitable in less than 3 years, as it became the #1 walking tour and food tour on TripAdvisor. Now rated the #3 tour operators in SF on TripAdvisor out of 500+ tour companies in the city. Responsibilities included licensing, budgets, data analytics, designing tours, marketing campaigns, hiring & training, team building, and sales.

Established the first cannabis tour company in CA in 2016. Started with donation-based walking tours, and grew into profitable bus & walking tours in several regions. Produced financial reports and analyzed a/b testing though specific data to connect to customers. Lead fundraising rounds and secured investments. Hired and trained staff and tour guides, led marketing campaigns, customer service, and community networking.

Instructing in person classes at Oaksterdam University. The classes include History & Policy, Advocacy, and Business Workshops. Providing 1-1.5 hour presentations to approximately 30+ students per class.

Advises Oaksterdam University in course structure, presentation design, and business workshops. Responsible for adding and reviewing class content, presentation structure, designing decks, and building consistency between the classroom and online courses.

ReconnectSF is an online magazine & community network that includes a blog, local artists, local businesses, and a platform for San Francisco stories.

Responsible for the operational and financial services of the Propark Fisherman’s Wharf portfolio, which included Marriott FW, Argonaut Hotel, and 655 Beach St. Garage. Duties included day to day operations, daily financial reports, monthly parking billing, annual budgets, increasing revenue, scheduling, insurance claims, employee training, revenue tracking/management, etc. Supervised a team of 50+, organized, and controlled operations for Golden State Warriors valet service and the Oracle Arena.

Responsible for the operations and administrative work for the Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf valet service. Completed daily financial reports, revamped operational procedures, time card audits, payroll, annual budgets, insurance claims, employee relations, and additional employee support. During the first year of management, the annual NOI was increased by 25% and claims were reduced 37% year over year.

Assisted with administrative and operational parking materials & needs. Responsible for daily financial reviews, time card audits, shift reports, payroll, and customer care. Organized and delegated valet operations and assisted with weekly scheduling.

Reviewed and provided the environmental evaluations of Lake Merritt Towers parking garage in Oakland and 655 Beach Street Garage at Fisherman’s Wharf. Analyzed the engineering and design of the parking facilities and provided proactive suggestions so properties could receive environmental certifications from the Green Parking Council (GPC). Facilitated the certification process between building owner-ship, the parking operator, and the GPC.
