When I implement these solutions effectively, I see firsthand how they positively impact team performance and client satisfaction.I have led training for new and seasoned teams, developed foundational Standard Operating Procedures, and spearheaded workflow transformations, such as a 198% reduction in open Salesforce cases within five months. The variety in these roles has taught me adaptability and reinforced my knack for strategic planning.During my time at Canon, I am most proud of being selected as the lead trainer for all things Contract Management and entrusted to train UK and Manila-based teams on critical operations. My colleagues know me as dependable, thorough, and quick to embrace new challenges—a team player who is equally comfortable leading a project or supporting a team member’s growth.Outside of work, I run a growing post-audio production company, 88 West Music, which I co-founded to specialize in music production and soundtrack composition for film, advertising, and social media content.
