I have worked directly for, or closely with, C-level executives since 2003, and I have been involved in various aspects of business with leadership responsibilities. My focus was previously ERP Systems, IT infrastructure, IT transformation and adoption of technology, IT shared services and the management and operations thereof, however over the last five (5) years it has been primarily business, IT strategy, service delivery, software development and solution architecture focused, and the management of IT in business.I am a results-driven individual with a diverse technical background, across a broad set of technologies and products, and a keen business interest. I have extensive experience with both public cloud, private cloud and on-premise hosting environments, software development, project management, and working in various industries such as; manufacturing, retail (FMCG) services, IT services and ISPs. My interest in all things technical ensures that I stay abreast of current trends and technologies. I formulate solid solutions and think laterally, thus providing solutions that meet business requirements. My experience includes implementing shared services, shared service platforms, IT Management, ERP Systems and complex environments within large corporates. Past roles have included Service Delivery, IT Management, Architecture, Project and Program Management, Software Development, Infrastructure and System management, and managing various teams in various capacities.I possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, allowing me the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. I am able to work in pressurised and challenging environments against tight deadlines.
