Stuart has recently founded Priority Management to provide:- Strategic Land Development Advice;- Project Due Diligence;- High Level Project Coordination;- Project Management; and- Business Case Development.Stuart has been working in the land development industry since 1979. He spent time working in both State and local government before founding TME Town Planning Management Engineering (TME) in 1989 and Priority Management in 2014. Stuart has qualifications in town planning, urban design and small business. During over 35 years in the West Australian Land Development industry he has gained a wide knowledge of statutory processes, developed extensive industry networks and gained an appreciation of operating in the local market.Stuart’s skill base has been recognised in a range of multidisciplinary roles, serving on local government advisory boards, 6 years on the Board of the Small Business Development Corporation where he acted as chairman for extended periods.Stuart’s strongest attributes are the ability to deal with people and an intimate knowledge of the land development industry across the fields of planning, project management, engineering and business management. In recent times Stuart has focused on providing strategic direction for major land development projects assuming the role of project manager or project coordinator. He has fulfilled this role for LandCorp in its Gracetown expansion project and the Katanning SuperTown Initiative where he was responsible for bringing together and managing large multidisciplinary teams to develop unique, innovative outcomes acceptable to the client and local communities.
