Engaged with over 20 freshman on a weekly basis to ensure that they experienced a smooth transition into the college lifestyle.Coordinated and implemented transitional activities for mentees to take part in such as weekly meetings to touch basis with mentees, group events on campus to mingle and get to know mentees on a personal level, off campus educational trips to historic sites in the Atlanta area, and college tours to surrounding campuses.Submitted debriefing documentation regularly to my college coach back in Macon to track my progress and report how my time was being spent. These documents included funding requests for events, time sheet documents, and plans for upcoming activities throughout the monthRepresented myself as well as my company as a positive resource for those under my supervision. Time management was crucial in ensuring a successful semester under this role.
