Cadets spend two weeks studying for the FAA Private Pilot knowledge exam, receiving 10-12 flight hours, and continue scholarship past solo and earning Private Pilot certification.Selected to attend the Southwest Airlines Continuing the Legacy in Aviation in Dallas, Texas. This program includes tours of Southwest Airlines facilities, access to flight simulators, and mentorship from current and retired Southwest Airlines Employees.

The Environmental Challenge Project is an end-of-the-year initiative for Raisbeck Aviation High School students to work on hands-on issues affecting the aeronautic sector of the Port of Seattle. 2022 Problem Statement: At Seattle-Tacoma International Airport the combination of ground support vehicles, trucks, cargo from ships, and planes produces tens of thousands of metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions every year. Students are challenged to identify, research, and engineer a solution for the Port of Seattle to implement.
