I was selected to attend Space Camp's Advanced Space Academy Elite Program in 2023, only available to top-performing Advanced Space Academy graduates.

The Organization of Black Pilots of America; Red-Tailed Hawks Flying Club’s mission is to introduce underserved and underrepresented youths to the world of aviation, STEM, and history to inspire them toward aerospace-related career paths.Selected to receive a full scholarship to the Red-Tailed Hawks Lessons for Youth (FLY), a flight training program held at Boeing Field, WA (KBFI). Cadets spend two weeks studying for the FAA Private Pilot knowledge exam, receiving 10-12 flight hours, and continue scholarship past solo and earning Private Pilot certification.Selected to attend the Southwest Airlines Continuing the Legacy in Aviation in Dallas, Texas. This program includes tours of Southwest Airlines facilities, access to flight simulators, and mentorship from current and retired Southwest Airlines Employees.

The Environmental Challenge Project is an end-of-the-year initiative for Raisbeck Aviation High School students to work on hands-on issues affecting the aeronautic sector of the Port of Seattle. 2022 Problem Statement: At Seattle-Tacoma International Airport the combination of ground support vehicles, trucks, cargo from ships, and planes produces tens of thousands of metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions every year. Students are challenged to identify, research, and engineer a solution for the Port of Seattle to implement.

JetBlue sponsored the academy’s rigorous aviation and aerospace lectures, design challenges, career panels, and exams to immerse students in career technical education. Recognized upon graduation for academic achievement and excellent participation throughout the academy, and was awarded round trip tickets with JetBlue as the sweepstakes prize.
