“The best way to predict the future is to create it.”Professional DNAI help customer-obsessed brands convert opportunities into competitive advantages with innovative digital strategies and UX solutions that drive business results. My professional DNA is a unique blend of strategy, UX design, product design and team leadership:- I define customer experience strategies for digital products, services and initiatives- I design UX solutions for web, mobile and desktop- I test UX solutions to ensure usability and accessibility- I deliver roadmaps and evolutionary thinking to guide future efforts- I lead multidisciplinary design teams on complex, enterprise-level engagementsI’ve spent the last 10 years helping lead and grow Stellar from a 3-person shop to a thriving digital agency with 20+ teammates. We design and deliver digital products, services and solutions but of all the things we’ve built over the years, it’s the long-term client relationships that really make us stand out as a great team to work with – Hewlett-Packard Enterprise 10+ years, Port of Long Beach 6 years, Powerball 5 years, AEG 4 years, KB Home 3 years, Cedars-Sinai 3 years.I'm at my best when I'm tackling complicated strategy, UX and product design challenges. I like projects that scare me (a little) because I know I'm about to learn something new. One of my key strengths - the ability to build highly effective, long-term relationships with my teammates, clients and business partners.I'm a believer in the value of paying it forward and giving back to my professional community. That's why I helped start a UX internship at Stellar in 2018. Over the last 6 years, we've had 7 college students join us and complete the program. Several have gone on to UX or design careers and 1 was hired by Stellar. I also believe it's important to give back to my local community. For the last 8 years, I've been a member of the Da Vinci School's professional advisory board. Working with high school students in the El Segundo area interested in design and technology is both an honor and a privilege. The student-led project presentations at the end of every school year are always something I look forward to.
