About Stu Perkins

I'm a software developer turned entrepreneur. After 12 years of various technical roles in defense contracting and private sector software companies, I started a consulting firm that served companies in the US and UK. I built a SaaS framework designed for workflow automation and rule engine applications. With UK based partners, I deployed it first in the cybersecurity space as an automation platform for cyber managed services companies. When that venture failed, I tried again with business partners in the Community Mental Health industry and built Noteable. Noteable is now the leading EHR system for CMH providers in Virginia, has hundreds of customers nationwide, and is growing quickly.
