Hello. I'm a strategic thinker. In other words, I overthink everything. That's served me well to this point. It turns out, when I distill the overthinking, interesting ideas present themselves. These ideas turn into value propositions, stories, messages, campaigns and I've learnt a thing or two about how to deliver those with some amazing teams in my time.My background is in employer branding, recruitment marketing and communications. I've led teams, defined propositions, brainstormed ideas, brought those ideas to life in front of clients and made them into real tangible things in every conceivable medium; web, mobile, social, film, ambient, print, radio and display. My experience has given me a unique perspective on what makes organisations successful. I've consulted on communications that enable talent acquisition, HR, culture transformation, change management, digitisation, learning and development and marketing to achieve positive outcomes.All of this has opened the door to my first B2B brand role. A step out of my creative comfort zone, but something my experience has naturally positioned me for. I am a lifelong learner and looking forward to seeing where this shift in the career direction takes me.
