Current- Responsibilitieso Managing team of Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers responsible for several strategic initiatives with focus on cloud service delivery, roadmap execution, and issue resolutiono Spearheading of program to bring customers to referenceable status that lead to more saleso Establishment of direct rapport with customers on delivery expectations, handled escalations, managed external and executive communicationo Leading prioritization of deliverables, issues, actions with the with development, QA, support, cloud, and other organizations making up the full product eco-systemo Determination of scope for major projects, schedule milestones, delivered on expected resultso Communication of goals, status, progress updates to senior management, customers execs, and other stakeholders. Interfaced with multiple teams / stakeholders, to remove obstacles and mitigate risko Influencing project outcomes, managed project risks / issues, provided escalation management as requiredo Participation in sprint and release planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives with several teams during all stages of software lifecycleo Conducting project post-mortems and generated actionable feedback for long-term operational improvementso Building and maintaining strong working relationship with all departmental stakeholders to SVP levelo Developing and building best practices and tools for project execution and management in an Agile organization- Projectso Customer implementation and upgrade oversightEx: Christus Healthcare, TidalHealth, Vanderbilt Univ.
