A careful check of the drawing files, including any notes, legends, the project schedule, and plan drawings, is conducted to confirm alignment with project requirements.Following this, a meticulous take-off for the BOQ related to electrical installation work is completed, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Design, calculation, and drafting are then carried out for both the electrical and air-conditioning systems to provide accurate plans and specifications. Collaboration with suppliers is also a key part of the process, involving obtaining updated pricing and coordinating procurement needs. Finally, administering the tender process and managing all associated paperwork are undertaken to maintain organization and adherence to submission requirements.
