At GovTech Singapore, my focus is on enriching the visitor experience through strategic UX design and research. Leading cross-functional teams, we've delivered impactful projects like a VisitSingapore.com revamp, and guidelines for hotel self-check-ins rooted in behavioural design. Our work is grounded in facilitating processes and conversations that shape innovative products and services, enhancing tourism in Singapore.Previously, as Project Lead for Project Early Bird, I steered a multi-stakeholder initiative to transform end-of-life conversations, resulting community-based service transformation, and an improved Legacy Planning experience at MyLegacy.gov.sg. My methodology encompasses foundational research, digital design principles, and prototyping - with a deliberate focus on organizational impact through clear and strategic thinking. I'm passionate about people work, deep insights, and effective communications as a foundation for effective learning and change.
