I am a System Engineer at Cerner, a US healthcare giant, where I support the frontend, backend, and middleware technologies that enable the delivery of innovative and reliable solutions for our clients. I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from VTU Extension centre, Reva Institute of Technology & Management, Bangalore, in 2018, and I am motivated by learning new technologies and solving complex problems.In my role, I work with a diverse range of tools and platforms, such as Citrix, Unix, IBM WAS, and VMware, and I have acquired skills in Linux, networking, SQL, and system monitoring. I also leverage my expertise in cloud and container technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform, to implement software patches and upgrades, troubleshoot performance issues, and proactively monitor system and application alarms. I prioritize and manage work queue in accordance with service level agreements, document investigation and issue resolution, and triage issues to appropriate second-level resources. I collaborate with my team and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and availability of our services.
