Setting up daily calls to understand the team challenges on fulfilling the requirements.• Publishing reports to all the markets to ensure smooth transaction between stakeholder and therecruitment• Seeking clarity from the hiring Managers on the roles to be worked upon and analyzing the availability ofthe said skill set using various channels Sourcing the profiles from different channels – Job Boards, LinkedIn...• Connecting with the Candidates – articulating and explaining the JD• Converting Passive Job seekers to explore opportunities and there by progress in hiring• Liaising with Active Job seekers and various panels on board and interviewing internal as well as external• Providing on time feedbacks either ways to both candidates as well as the stakeholders• Progressing with shortlisted candidates with appropriate next steps while keeping their interests intact.• Suggesting Business Units stakeholders on the way forward on need basis.• Conducting thorough HR discussions• Working on the Offer Proposals – Calculating the CTC, Stocks, Grants, Incentives, variables etc• Discussing/debating/suggesting the stakeholders on the different aspects of Offer Proposals• Negotiating with the candidates on the final Offer.• Vendor Management• Mentoring the new joiners – (Leadership & Strategic Hiring Team)• Candidate engagement• Onboarding the selected candidate• Ensuring the candidate experiences the best of interview and onboarding processes

Receiving the requirement of client, understanding the job profile, interacting with client for requirement clarification, if any & fulfilling their hiring needs efficiently.• Searching suitable candidates for clients through various sources such as job portals (monster.com, naukri.com,timesjobs.com), references and databank based upon the required skill sets.• Sending the scrutinized profiles to the clients & coordinating with them for short- listing & interview scheduling.• Conducting Interviews: - Assessing the candidates on their Communication Skills and Salary drawn and Salary expected, date of joining, and any legal commitment towards the present organization.• Interaction & smooth coordination between client & candidates at the time of offer stage.• Keeping continuous follow-up with ‘Offer Accepted’ candidates, helping them for DOJ extension & thereby ensuring their joining.• Interacting with clients.• Arranging telephonic and personal interviews to the short listed candidates.• Developing strong database.Conducting Competency Framework sessions to understand training requirements and add in requests to the learning and development team.• Administrating the Exit formalities including deriving last working day, exit Interview & attrition analysis and sharing report with leadership team on monthly basis• Co ordinate with Vendors and Internal procurement for contract Amendments and Rate negotiation sessions – Vendor \ Partner Management;Relationship building with all staffing vendors and support staff.• Well versed with the contractual Process (SOW’s, Billing Inputs, Document review, Contract creation and Project estimation, etc.)• Coordinate with Business Unit Managers, tech panels, Procurement, Vendors and practice ops team.
