Responsible for handling end to end recruitment process .Actively sourcing, screening talent while simultaneously keeping a pipeline of strong potential talent going . Manage candidates through the entire Interview and Hiring process. Managing positive relationships with Business Unit Heads, Internal Hiring Managers, Client Partners, Prospective Talent, and Talent Sources.Adhering to project deadlines and also ensuring that quality parameters are met. Interact with candidates and clients on a daily basis, work on resolving HR related issues, Co-ordinate with operations team to ensure documentation and logistics are in place.Raising the background check requests , generating the offer and onboarding them. Co-ordinating with the HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers with the complete end to end recruitment life cycle.Handling the full candidate recruitment life cycle . Range of activities includes -. Capturing Resumes.. Searching candidate database, matching them to the suitable requisitions.. Handling the job posting through Talent Link.. Moving the candidate through entire selection workflow. Offer Management - Create offers, processing offer for approval process and extending offers.. Initiating On-boarding of the offered candidates and filling up provisioning forms.. • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments• Designing and expanding training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual• Working in a team to produce program that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level as can say in a Global Business Process. • Producing training materials for in-house courses• Managing the delivery of training and development program and also managing the certification program for the employees. • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records on tool. • Coordinating Train – the – Trainer (T3) & Virtual Learning session for internal employees who are participating from across the country & outside.• Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;• Evaluating training and development program through feedback mail.• Amending and revising program as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment• Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups• Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings• Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and being involved in the coordinate with Training Planner Lead and/or delivery Lead of e-learning packages
