✓Acting Front Office HOD report to GM directly.Attending morning meeting and following the task given by GM.✓Responsible for overall Front Office Operations.✓Coordinating with all other department like HK, F&B & Engineering for smoothoperation.✓Allocating room for all Expected Arrivals and checking rooms before guest arrival toupkeep brand standard.✓Ensuring all management and hotel reports are updated as per the policies & S.O.P.✓Updating rates on All OTA through STAAH and refreshing rates timely for morevisibility on OTA.✓Supervise daily staffing level to ensure that guest service, operational needs andfinancial objectives are met.✓Making weekly and monthly reports like City Scenario, Guest database, BOB, Frontoffice MIS, and Sales MIS.✓Replying timely on guest review through KEPSLA.✓Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.✓Excellent knowledge about Reservation/Front Office process.✓Custodian for training / inducting new staff with the hotels policies & procedures.✓Closely work with finance and sales team to enhance the occupancy and collection.✓Weekly attending AR Ageing meeting with Sales, Finance & GM.
