Techno commercial due diligence - Due diligence and techno commercial evaluation of bauxite, copper & critical and strategic minerals, financial Modelling, strategic decisions for participation in Auction of new mineral blocks. Production Planning - Lead the development and optimization of mine plans to maximize resource recovery, meet production targets, highlighting risks and proposing mitigations, and ensure the economic viability of mining operations.• Ensure mine scheduling activities are in accordance with longer term plans.• Fore casting the Resources requirement in advance to ensure short term and medium-term plan. • Monitoring and Updating of mine model on regular basis from operation and survey data.Quality Control - Monitoring and ensuring available mineral stocks from different locations to meet blend requirements. • Responsible for assisting site based Mine operation head and Mine Engineers to safely achieve targeted outcomes and delivery of the Mine Business Plan. • Co-ordination between site geologist, site operations teams for grade control drive both in short term and long term.Value Engineering in planning - Develop medium and long term mine designs, which deliver optimum return, whilst maximizing recovery and mine life. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the mine operations and act upon them where required to improve production, quality and cost. • Resources and Reserve maximisation with better performances and augmentation without compromising the quality. • Monitoring and ensuring KPI (key performance indicators) for the mine. • Training and development of mine engineer, Geologists, and surveyors.Coordination and reporting • Coordination with site team for mine plan implementation and discussion and inputs from operation team to incorporate in planning activities. • Reporting of KPIs to Corporate and head technical & planning on regular basis.

 ~70 km large scale exploration drilling planning and implementation in 20+ Bauxite leases, coordinating with site geologists for smooth execution.Training of site geologists and monitoring of core logging & sampling, core splitting, assay and dry bulk density analysis with standard QAQC protocols. Independently Coal and Bauxite Exploratory database preparation, interpretation through statistical, visual & mineralisation pattern analysis, determination and demarcation of Mineralised zones, 3D Geological model preparation, Resource and Reserve estimation in Datamine Studio 3/Studio RM/Strat 3D/Minex software. Pit and topography survey updation of Bauxite and Coal leases along with updation of geological model with channel sampling data and short term grade controlling model generation in Datamine software. Short and long term 3D Mine planning, regular monitoring and reconciliation of Geological model and ROM, regular coordination with mine site team to resolve any bottlenecks for dilution reduction and meeting production quantity and quality targets. Competent in 3D Mine design like Ultimate pit, dump etc. in datamine software. Due diligence and technical recommendation to higher management for different Indian and overseas bauxite, coal and copper deposit acquisition. Training and hand holding to site Geologists, Mining Engineers and Surveyors in different Mining software and technical aspects.Achievements: 72% Bauxite Resource base increment from 53MT to 92MT resulting in Plant life increment of 4 years for Muri and 6 years for Renukoot plant. Geological modelling, Mine designing and Mines start up plan preparation of Dumri Open Cast Coal Mine. Responsible for managing INR 23 Crores exploration drilling & assay analysis budget and successful planning and implementation as per requirements.
