Our team in Bangalore provides offshore Tibco operational/Infra support related to DevOps to Allstate which provides Insurance in US and Canada. In this project, we handle Platform related activities to make platform available 24*7 for all clients & user. Whole infrastructure is divided into two DC i.e., Rochelle & Hudson.Responsibilities:• Performing BW deployments in FT, LB mode and configurations of Ems objects and its FT, LB mode.• Writing new and modifying existing HAWK rules using HAWK Display.• Learned the Process of Change Management and Incident Management • Participating in Tibco server patching and DR activities to maintain system integrity• Migration from BW 5.12 to 5.14 using Jenkins, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.• Handling/joining severity call and providing RCA for same.• Utilized Tibco Silver Fabric for efficient application management.• Managed and monitored Kafka clusters and topics using Confluent tools.• Utilised Lenses to monitor Kafka connectors, restart connections, and view ACLs.• Employed Swagger and Thunder-cat for creating and managing Kafka topics, schemas, and ACLs.• Monitoring Tibco Silver Fabric Stats using Datadog and EMS log metrics using Prometheus.• Providing application troubleshooting Support and application Monitoring.
