In 7 years, I have worked on product development, process planning, project management, purchase, and vendor development.- Installation and commissioning of high production and highly efficient (>90%) automated production line of Ertiga, S-presso, Ignis, and Vitara Brezza.- End to end development of 250cr+ green field 100% automated and flexible manufacturing line during Covid.- Worked with 9+ overseas OEMs, delivered projects worth ₹600 Cr+, managed a workforce of 800+, and worked for BIW line development for Maruti cars introduced during 2015~2022.- Worked on Business strategy planning for the new supplier development, spares planning, and new technology introduction to achieve operational and product excellence.In 2022, after learning about the challenges of product manufacturing, I joined Process Excellence, Flipkart to broaden my knowledge and to gain insight into the end-to-end journey of a product. Continuing this, I am driving: - Productivity projects across the supply chain. - During this, I got patent on “Sortation System” i.e., involves end to end design, development, vendor selection and development.- Further, building the Jidoka culture to identify and build new automation technology for operational excellence.
