 Project: Detailed Engineering of King Abdullah Port-Phase 1A /1B for HUTA MarineThe project involves the detail engineering of Phase 1A /1B of new port in Jeddah which includes dredging, reclamation, quay walls , utility infrastructure, buildings and pavements. The main duties performed include1. Coordination of design of utility services and marine elements2. Building design3. Review of specifications4. Responsible for submission of multiple design packages5. Management of change /variations and assistance with general project management.6. Laison with Client on technical and commercial issues Project: Interim Supervision Works - King Abdullah Port-Jeddah, KSA for HUTA MarineThe project involves the interim site supervision activities for the Stage 1 of Phase 1A/1B where excavation, dredging and reclamation were the main activities carried out. Approving the monthly invoice and monthly progress reporting is part of this project. Project: Interim pontoons for Military in AbuDhabiThe project involves the site supervision of manufacturing and installation of Pontoons at seven locations in Abu Dhabi. The main duties involved management of contractor site activities , change orders, RFIs and approval of invoices.  Project: Shah Habshan Rail Project –FEED Services for GASCOThe project involves management of the Shah Habshan Transportation Feed .The scope covered the coordination with GASCO team, WP Westmar office and different stakeholder for obtaining the relevant NOCs for the project execution. Also involved with the Fugro contract for Topographical and Geotechnical Survey for the same project.

Design consultancy of Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone at Taweelah The project involves the design of container yards, pavements, water supply network, drainage facilities, all other utilities and buildings related to stakeholders/tenants in an area of around 2.2 sq.km (including offshore and on-shore).Duties Coordination with stakeholders/tenants such as CUSTOMS,ADWEA,ADDC,TRANSCO,COAST GUARD,FIRE AND CIVIL DEFENCE,GASCO,ETISALAT,ADFCA,EAD etc; Coordination with design team for all types of inputs required; Coordinating with all for relevant NOCs; Ensuring conformance of stakeholders requirements are addressed in the submissions; Preparation of minutes of meeting;Development of Oman International Container Terminal at Sohar, OmanThe project dealt with the below mentioned on an area of approx. 2.5 square.km. Construction of Container storage yards with all utility services Access roads to the port  Terminal operations building, mess hall, customs building, maintenance workshop building, Substation and security station.Duties Inspection of daily site activities associated like buildings,pavements,concrete etc Monitoring/reporting on actual progress of the construction (performance Vs contractor’s program) Monitoring/verifying all the quality reports Checking of shop drawings submitted by contractor Responding to information enquired by contractor for the execution of work with the design team Coordinating with client and contractor in all aspects of construction Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with client and contractor Maintaining the safety standards at site Approval of monthly progress payments in accordance with the completed work.

Project: Business Bay Development Creek Extension Contract-1The scope of the project included the construction of the creek extension lying between Sheikh Zayed Road & Oud Metha Road. The work include the Bulk excavation to create a canal, including excavations for block works wall foundations, Quay wall Installation, moorings, Rock revetment & beach slopes with associated back wall. Pro-ject covers approximately seven kilometre of length & all the works are carried out in dry conditions.Duties Production of quay wall blocks (A block insitu , B,C,D Precast weighing 24 to 40 tons). Placing of precast quay wall blocks at site. Placing of capping blocks (insitu), bollards. Coordination of concrete activities at site( nearly 1400 cu.m /day)Development of Berth 17 in Jebel Ali Port. The project involved the modification construction of cargo berth to container terminal in Jebel Ali. Duties Construction of electrical substations and terminal buildings All associated underground utility services All associated drainage system. Construction of RTG beams Part reconstruction of quay wall for installation of rails and marine furniture’s. Laying of precast concrete block paving.
