I have been part of Operations and also managed various in-house & off shore projects / transitions in this tenure . As a part of operations deliverable my role involved -  To ensure smooth business activities in day to days operations. To maintain 100% SLAs (Service Level Agreement) per the service agreement (CTQs, KPIs). To have a strong rigor on the Governance structure Ensure accurate daily MIS reporting to the management To review the SOPs timely (Quarterly / Bi-annually) To set the goals & objectives for the team leaders aiming to achieve a common goal – Client Satisfaction. To manage the client escalations delicately and ensure proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is done to avoid the re-occurrence thereafter. Manpower and capacity planning, scheduling and staffing. Ensure Timely/Accurate billing, no revenue leakage, managing budgets. Responsible to manage P&L/cost metrics such as Seat Utilization, zero bench & Revenue vs C&B etc.As a part of Project Lead my role involved -  Ensuring all the project deliverable are executed within stipulated time frame in the given budget. Strong coordination and communication within all the stakeholders involved in the project and ensuring technical feasibility. Charting a detailed Project Plan to monitor the progress of the project with all possible assumptions in place. Maintaining the Issue log for all the open items or risk for the on-going project. Have regular calls between various teams to track on the progress and for issue resolution. Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule as on when required. Tracking the project performance periodically and taking the feed backs from the stakeholders on the progress. Report and escalate to the top management whenever help required.

 Successfully completed the re-engineering project and conducted the Sol ID (Solution Identification) at client location (Australia) and presented the final report out to the Senior Leadership Team. The said B2P process was transitioned to Genpact with a business impact of $15 MM. Transitioned a 1 FTE process for Accounts payable from Malaysia as a stepping stone which has now grown to more than 20 FTEs, highly appreciated by the leadership & stakeholders. Successfully transitioned an end to end Accounts payable process and stabilized the same within a short span of time overcoming various challenges of “Change Management”, with 23 FTEs. Worked as a PMO leader for SSS (Shared Sourcing Services) implementation in one of the business with end to end process management, bridging the gap between the business and third-party users for Accounts Payable process.

Responsible for 9 Regional offices across India – Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Orissa, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand and North East offices. Leading a team of 40 members to ensure TAT’s are met vis a vis daily. Consolidation and review of various Reconciliations & MIS, for presentation to the Finance controllers. Coordinating with all branch and regional offices for smooth closure of books quarterly, half yearly and annually. Overview of monthly reconciliations and follow up for items outstanding for more than 30 days. Working with other finance leads for monthly, quarterly and annual finalization of books and handling internal audits. Part of HO Audit team for finalization & extending support for statutory audit.

Led the accounts team of Andhra Pradesh having more than 15 offices across the state responsible for timely book closure and accurate accounting per policies. Commission calculation within defined TAT along with its proper accounting Preparation of bank reconciliation, and other premium related reconciliation eg.
