As a product manager I am responsible for translating product strategy and business priorities into a coherent set of features to drive the delivery of business requirements in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product of Solera in an agile environment. My responsibilities include:❖ Interfacing with key stakeholders in US, Canada, and Australia, for the integration of the DealerSocket CRM product. I oversee the requirement elicitation, development, customer interaction, risk mitigation and the roll out of the CRM product to several OEMs in these geographies.❖ Contributing significantly to additional developments around different industry mandates to ensure our the DealerSocket CRM product is compliant with local laws.❖ Driving cross functional integration and collaboration with other internal teams of Product Owners and Product Managers co-located in India and US to achieve an efficient culture of inclusion.❖ Advocating design thinking in my team from the initial days of requirement conception, while outlining the business impact of the ask and the product roadmap for a seamless development.❖ Building a strategy that would enrich the product with new features and launch in new geographies to improve the quality of lives for the customers while maintaining an edge over competition.

As a product owner I was responsible for driving the delivery of business requirements in the Customer Protection area of Cyber Security in an agile environment. A typical day at work involved me to:❖ Interface with internal teams to implement the security features around product development and implementation❖ Liaising with development teams for solution design❖ Story telling exercise❖ Prioritize stories and epics and sync-up with the product manager to manage product backlogs❖ Write clear, and detailed technical user stories with the respective acceptance criteria❖ Participate in story grooming exercises❖ Mitigate impediments impacting successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals

As a product owner I had been interfacing with key stakeholders and driving the end to end delivery of passenger documents in Airline, Travel Agency and Hotels business space of Amadeus in an agile environment. A few of my achievements include:* Interfacing with key stakeholders in ACO Japan, for the Daruma program. I have overseen the development, customer interaction and successful roll out of the ADTD product to cater to the specific needs of the Japan market. This helped Amadeus empower the entire 5000 travel agencies in Japan and in turn expect the program to win 8 million incremental bookings and retention of 4 million bookings.* Contributing significantly to enhance the ITREMD product for major airlines worldwide to bring in more engagement and customer base on the table for both the airline partners and Amadeus. At present this product is in use by 75 airlines for day to day operations. LOT, Vistara, Malaysian Airlines, Finnair, Thai Air, Sri Lankan Airlines and El-Al, to name a few. An additional 12 airlines are planned to be onboarded.* Driving cross functional integration and collaboration with 6 internal teams, Product Owners and Product Managers co-located in Bangalore, India and Nice, France to achieve the best customer satisfaction for bespoke requirements’ development and delivery for Singapore Airlines, South West Airlines, Korean Air and Japan Airlines.* Advocating design thinking in my team from the initial days of requirement conception, while outlining the product roadmap for a seamless development and suggesting automation to the QA team wherever necessary to ensure an efficient and robust testing.
