Utsa Foundation is again an NGO founded by me and my friend Shalu Gupta. This Organization works for the underprivileged women and children. We conduct training and workshops on Awareness and Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, Child Trafficking , domestic violence, intimate partner violence and menstrual hygiene. We also provide financial help to students who cannot afford higher studies due to unavailability of resources.

Project Chhauni is a Trust which works for the development of the heritage art form of Mayurbhanj Chhau which is on the verge of extinction. Back in 1993, I successfully broke the taboo and hence I feel it is my responsibility to safeguard this intangible cultural heritage of the world as declared by UNESCO in 2010. In the individual capacity of Executive Director, I am responsible for the complete program management at Project Chhauni. In 8 years Project Chhauni we have directly financially benefitted more than 135 artistes and have worked with 20 Chhau performing teams in the rural and remotest area of Mayurbhanj.
