• Is responsible for the planning, preparing design validation plan (DVP) with the perspective of change matrix, worst-case criteria for tests & test vehicles and extension of test from base vehicle or similar aggregates.• Driving the timely execution of benchmarking activities while ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives• Taking suppliers into loop for advance arrangement of components/parts for validation. Regular feedback to higher management on the progress of project.• Working on VAVE and ICR projects. • Project timeline preparation, PALS discussion & Execution. • planning and completion of testing project within defined scope of testing as per DVP within budget and time-line constraints• Working on multiple time-based projects and prioritizing sequence of tests to reduce total testing & validation time. Prediction of necessary materials requirement for testing vehicles.• Maintaining all vehicle fleet including benchmark vehicles.

• executing the following Performance tests & vehicle level tests: Acceleration Drivability Gradeability & Restartability Steering tests Brake test (static and Dynamic) Constant Specific Fuel Consumption (C.S F.C) Engine cooling IQA Propeller shaft IQA, Gear shift quality assessment, Clutch IQA Kmpl, Range Trial• Highway Endurance and Accelerated Durability test• Documentation of test reports.• Evaluation of benchmark vehicles.• Attending field trials with ARMY (Indian army & Royal Thai army) for technically qualifying trial vehicle.• Is also responsible of working with ARAI, VRDE & TUV for certifications on projects.
