Conducting order review and planning of parts based on consumption for manufacturing & productionPreparing stock requirement for new orders, Planning the material based on consumption and for production requirement and issuing order to the vendor, Create & Process purchase orders and requisitions for products,Processing the order to supplier for the requirement through different modes of transport & courier based on the weight and volumetric weight,Maintaining close coordination with the supplier and ensure the material reaches us on time,Reviewing the non-moving and slow moving items and find sources of liquidation,PRN, RFQ, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Stores Management, Inbound & Outbound Materials, Stock Management etc.,Instrumental in raising claims for shortage, damage, price difference and wrong parts and follow-up for credit notes and payments,Forecasting raw materials cost using trend analysis and market information, Vendor evaluation based on defined quality parameters,Effective management of quota arrangement amongst different vendors for identified products,Inventory control and Management,Customer grievance handling, payment collection, and warranty management,Expanding new markets, customers and suppliers, Coordinating and ensuring quality assurance and control,Preparing & documenting the inspection results, orientation reports, final inspection reports & non-conformity reports,Product/Process non-conformity analysis: root cause analysis, corrective & preventive action (CAPA),Monitor and maintain the calibration of all the instruments which is using in the process,ISO activities, which include internal audits, imparting in external/customer audits, instrument calibration etc. In IT SKILLS: SAP Material Management Module, Tally ERP 9 and MS Office applications
