As a Guest Relation Executive and Associate Admin my roles are handeling guests and corporate clients,Customer Relations, Perform check- in & Check-out. Manage and record cash expenses in accounts,Follow up for the pending payments from our clients, doing bank transcations. Handeling calls, replying mails and Recruiting and Training of staffs.

Deepti Courtyard is a luxury 3 Star Business hotel. As a Guest Relation Executive my first priority is to provide high quality service to our hotel customers/ guests so that they will comeback to our property again. My job roles in this is welcome guests in a friendly and professional way , addressing customer queries and complains,providing information to the guests regarding rooms and amenities , banquets .Review arrival list to welcome guests.Replying mails and taking reservation of rooms and also selling ,cross selling & up-selling of room and other services of hotel like minibar, bar, restaurant services . Dealing with corporate customers, collection of bills and follow up for BTC bill. Record information in the logbook daily. Answering calls And handling guests. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements and provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors. Experienced in using Hotel Management Software and familarity with hospitality industry.Enjoys meeting and talking with different people. Monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.Confirmed reservation in system and reviewed all noted information

As an Insurance Advisor I was providing financial advice to clients on retirement planning,future planning, investing, and protecting against risks. I also have to complete the financial needs analysiswith clients, which includes assets and liabilities, tax status, existing insurance and riskanalysis.I also have experience in recruiting insurance advisor and give training to them.
