Chronic Conditions Management Platform• The solutions I've worked on have been adopted by over 700k patients across the US, for diseases including diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, and obesity.• Collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams of providers and stakeholders to design & build platforms for long-term patient care. • Designed and built the new clinical solutions for managing chronic kidney disease (CKD) and heart failure, at home and post hospital release.• Rearchitected the entire chronic conditions platform into a scalable and modular system, allowing for much easier addition of solutions for various chronic diseases.

Dorian Liepmann Lab:• Project focused on developing a novel drug delivery method for individuals with diabetes using concepts from bioMEMS and microfluidics. By using electrolysis of water to drive flow, we can create controlled insulin (or any drug) delivery in vivo. • Also tested the reverse reaction and its potential as a noninvasive alternative to traditional biopsies.
