Key Responsibilities• Looking after the maintenance & upkeep of 1, 32,032 sq. ft. area of KPMG office, work related to electrical, civil maintenance, plumping work, Ups maintenance, A/C and power distributation panel maintenance, etc.• Have full responsibility of office security, weather it is data security or personal security• Looking after the Housekeeping team and meeting the standard of hygiene & cleanliness of office premises• Have worked in the team of new office… Show more Key Responsibilities• Looking after the maintenance & upkeep of 1, 32,032 sq. ft. area of KPMG office, work related to electrical, civil maintenance, plumping work, Ups maintenance, A/C and power distributation panel maintenance, etc.• Have full responsibility of office security, weather it is data security or personal security• Looking after the Housekeeping team and meeting the standard of hygiene & cleanliness of office premises• Have worked in the team of new office set-up in tower 10 C office of KPMG, and gained the knowledge of working with civil contractor, interior team, security system team (CCTV & access control), HVAC team, etc for an area of 80,000 sq. ft.• Supervising the transport team for office commenting staff and for spot rental as well• Maintain the data base of different vendors and negotiate with them for rendering services and award contacts/ PO’s as and when required• Look after all the leasing work, weather it is office lease, house lease, guest house lease• • I am the custodian for the Admin annual budget for making the same and keeping the expediter within budgeted amount• Creditors control system – Billing, Payments and account reconciliation.• All communication responsibilities – managing and controlling mail room activities, official letters, vendor agreements, issuance and distribution of legal documents.• Provide logistic support to our other offices as well situated in Delhi/ NCR vicinity • Responsible for handling office expenses, bills & vouchers.• Supervising the Monthly MIS Reports for Administrative Expenses and send the same to senior management for their perusal • Handling project payments and relevant document. • Coordinating with all departments for Planning, Implementation & smooth functioning of the process.• Supervising Office and Corporate Guest Houses lease Documents and payments.• Exploring and defining better process to streamline vendors control and management.
