• Providing process consulting/facilitation to Software Testing & Development projects which includes facilitating projects in reviewing & guiding Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, CAPA (Casual Analysis and Preventive Action Work Sheets), DP (Defect Prevention) Trackers on regular basis• Participate in Project Tailoring Meeting, facilitate the PM regarding the documentation expected from the Project• Conduct process compliance audit of CMMI version 1.3 on monthly basis and tracking of audit non-conformances till closure.• Timely publishing various weekly and monthly Metric Reports to the Business Manager and Quality Head on the Quality aspects of the project (both compliance and noncompliance).
