I am a Quality Assurance Engineer at Xeptagon, a leading IT company that develops innovative web and mobile solutions for various industries. With the help of my team, I ensure the quality and functionality of the applications by performing different types of testing, such as UI, API, performance, security, and accessibility testing. I use tools such as Postman, Cypress, Selenium, Lighthouse, and JIRA AIO to conduct the tests and report the results. I also communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. I have a strong educational background in Computer Software Engineering, having graduated with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Plymouth in Dec 2021, and a Higher National Diploma from NSBM Green University in Sep 2019. During my studies, I gained a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and software engineering principles. I also participated in several projects and competitions, such as developing a web-based e-commerce platform, an Android native app, and a Flutter app using Firebase. I honed my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress, SQL, and Firebase. Additionally, I obtained multiple certifications in IT security, digital marketing, and visual studio from LinkedIn and IAB Europe. I am a lifelong learner who is passionate about solving business problems with tailored data and connections, and communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences. I have strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills that enable me to work effectively with teams and clients. I am interested in full-time or part-time developing and management roles, where I can apply my technical and interpersonal skills, and contribute to the growth of the organizational culture.
