Seller Experience Operations: Managing end-to-end operations for Seller Experience function supporting multiple domains in the marketplace. The team is responsible for managing seller experience by driving resolution with internal teams and driving seller advocacy in all product and strategies being built within the organization, seller support, business development, transactional and tactical support for sellers. Enhancing the Seller Experience: The platform continues to face challenges due to non-scalable design and policy changes. It is a key responsibility of the Seller Experience team to understand seller grievances and create product and processes roadmap to help solve the same. This includes managing sellers with various demographics at various stages of their lifecycle and providing tactical and strategic solutions. This is a Senior Consulting role, responsible for driving the roll-out of the Continuous Improvement (CI) programme across ATOS, and for developing capability in the wider pool of CI Coaches. The ultimate objective of the role is to ensure successful programme delivery, driving sustainable change to the way that ATOS grows its business.The role includes but is not limited to:- Leading Continuous Improvement deployment projects across multiple Lines of Business.- Supporting business unit teams as a subject matter expert in Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management techniques.- Identifying opportunity within business units, developing options to present to senior business stakeholders on where business, customer and client benefit can be realised.- Utilising projects to build relations, and future opportunity. Developing business pipeline for future programmes.- Contributing to CI method and toolkit development, based on Lean, Six Sigma & Total Quality Management approaches.- Engaging Senior Management across the business in relation to the opportunities new ways of working can benefit their business, delivering not only cultural change, but various additional business benefits- Working with the existing Business Improvement/Transformation team to ensure alignment with large scale end-to-end transformation programmes.- Facilitate pan-BT Value Stream working to resolve issues that impact multiple teams across the business.- Reporting internally and to clients on progress of the programme and the specific benefits delivered.- Overseeing and tracking in year and annualised financial benefits attributed to CI roll-outs, while proving uplift in customer service and people engagement KPI’s.

- Identifying the key business metrics & areas for improvement to establish the problem statement & goal statement.- Building the operations framework and overall understanding of the domain to achieving excellence.- Studying the current state & mapping the As–Is process to build the To-Be process map. Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify wastes in the process & thereby work towards TAT reduction- Application of various improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen etc.) to improve the current state based on critical business impacting parameters for developing the desired future / To- Be state.- Understanding the factors in the external & internal environment which may have an effect on the operations of the client and propose strategy for the same.- Conduct training sessions (Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement) to build the quality DNA in the organization & assist in certification procedure.- Consult & coordinate with various stakeholders to gain support for driving & implementing initiatives within the required time frame.- Successfully completed an innovation drive generating 800+ improvement ideas from the aligned business- Lead a cross-functional team to improve Contracts Quality

EMC Networker:• Engineer and support EMC Legato Networker backup infrastructure consisting of -1000 UNIX and Windows servers.• Installation of Networker server and console.• Configuring groups and scheduling the groups as per the requirement. • Media tape barcode labelling.• Media or volume pool maintenance.• Monitoring Daily and weekly backups.• Starting/stopping and restarting the Backup groups.• Mounting/Un mounting and labelling the media for backup in Single Tape Drive.• Inventory empty tapes in drives for next backup schedule in autoloader.• Basic Troubleshooting of the backup failure.• Providing Backup status report on daily basis.• Restarting of backups jobs.• Allocating tapes for backup• Networker License management.

Veritas NetBackup: • Experience in VERITAS Netbackup Version 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 and 7.5.• Creating new policies and Storage Units, Modification and scheduling the backup.• Daily Backup Monitoring report generation.• Inserting / ejecting Medias for tape rotation as per the schedule.• Managing backup policies, volume pools for daily, weekly & monthly backups.• Freeze and unfreezing of media based on the requirement.• Importing the tapes when the images expired.• Performing the weekly maintenance (recycling of NetBackup services) of the backup master and media servers, to enhance the performance.• Create and maintain necessary documentation and procedures in support of the backup infrastructure.• Attend the Daily Service Review (DSR) meetings and review the SLA, discuss failures and other issues.
