I am a highly experienced professional with over 13 years of expertise in Analytical Research Development and leading development and quality teams. My strong background in method development, validation, tech transfer and information retrieval, competitive intelligence, and quality document assessment has equipped me with a solid foundation in quality systems and compliance with ICH requirements and GxP (GDP, GLP, QMS, etc.).Currently, I hold the position of Team Leader (Manager) at Walter Bushnell Research and Development center Pvt. Ltd. where I am responsible for guiding team for method development, validation, reviewing and approving STPs and specifications of drug products, drug substances, and excipients. I ensure adherence to GMP and ICH requirements while reviewing analytical method validation data, reports, and method transfer data. As a leader, I have guided a team of seven scientists in various development and validation activities, while also contributing to the setup and smooth operation of an ADL laboratory. My responsibilities include project planning, timeline management, analytical requirements, and budgeting.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to handle incident management, change control, deviation investigations, and CAPA implementation. I excel in project management, technical evaluations, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely project completion. Prior to my current role, I served as an Assistant Group Leader at Mankind Research Centre, where I led a team and supervised method validation, verification, and tech transfer activities. I supported regulatory activities, including product filings, and reviewed analytical method validation protocols, method transfer sheets, and reports.In my previous positions at Wockhardt Research Centre and Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, I gained extensive experience in method development, evaluation of API from different vendors, and addressing queries from regulatory authorities.
