FADV is a donor organization implementing projects of livelihood development through partner organizations. The project supports rural women of Sundarban islands (W.B) in their economic upliftment through rural based livelihood activities as agriculture, animal husbandry, skill development etc. Job Roles – • Monitoring and Co-ordinate with the partner implementing agencies • Supporting the implementing team in planning, implementation and liaison and advocacy with the different stakeholders• Developing MIS, survey and other formats, Report writing• Responsible for reporting to Livelihood Program Manager-Asia desk

ASSEFA is national level implementing agency working for the livelihood development of rural people. The area of work was rural sustainable livelihood development, natural resource management, soil and water conservation (watershed program), Agriculture and allied activities, Training & capacity building, Women empowerment through SHG and other related activities. Responsible for overall Management and execution of Programs in Bihar and Jharkhand. The core job responsibilities include - Project designing, preparation of proposal, liaison with funding agency, Project implementation, Human resource management, Administration, Documenting and reporting.
