RESPONSIBILITIES : •⁠ ⁠Coordinate cargo loading/unloading operations to ensure efficient upload processes.•⁠ ⁠Verify cargo documentation, weights, and dimensions for accuracy.•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with ground handling teams for smooth cargo transfer.•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with safety regulations, IATA standards, and airline policies.•⁠ ⁠Monitor cargo upload planning, optimization, and real-time tracking.•⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with stakeholders: airlines, handlers, and customs.•⁠ ⁠Resolve cargo discrepancies, issues, or delays promptly.

Responsibilities:Data Entry and Analysis: Assist in data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis tasks related to logistics operations. Help in generating reports and analyzing trends.Inventory Management: Support inventory control processes, including inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and updating inventory records in systems.Transportation Coordination: Assist in coordinating transportation logistics, such as scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and communicating with carriers.Warehouse Support: Provide support in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Learn about warehouse layout, organization, and safety procedures.Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient supply chain processes. Assist in managing supplier relationships and order fulfilment.Documentation and Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining logistics documentation, such as shipping documents, customs forms, invoices, and records of transactions.Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, such as identifying bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and implementing best practices in logistics operations.Learning and Development: Take initiative to learn about logistics concepts, supply chain management principles, and industry trends. Seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to logistics.Project Support: Assist in logistics-related projects, research assignments, and special initiatives as assigned by supervisors or managers.Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver results.
