Presently I am working in HBL POWER SYSTEMS LIMITED, New Delhi as an Executive in Sales since 15-10-2007 till now. HBL POWER SYSTEMS Ltd is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified company. Its RSWC division is Signaling works contracts arm of HBL Rail. RSWC division participate the Railway Tender (S&T) for the work of Panel Interlocking / Route Relay Interlocking for installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor and Outdoor work with centralize panel operation of points and signals. 1) My responsibility is to search and participates the Railway Tenders. If we find any tender, we coordinate with HO and Branch office for the Preparation of all the supporting documents related with the Tender Submission. 2) Checking of Signal &Telecommunication Tenders from the Newspapers, Internet and convey the same information to HO. We are covering the tenders of Northern Railway & North Western Railway.3) Coordinate with HO regarding the delivery challans and their acknowledgements for material Loading & Unloading in Railway Stores.4) Preparation of billing, corrigendum, and material statements is also one of the major responsibilities of my work.5) Dealing with Railway representatives to with draw payments from the Railway accounts. After completing all the relevant formalities of accounts section.
