Recruitment Tasks• Screening of CVs shortlisted by the resourcing team• Coordinate with the resourcing team for ongoing requirements• Call up candidates and check if looking for a change• Forward CV’s to Lead• Coordinate with candidate & client for interview scheduling• Complete all pre-joining & joining formalities of candidates• Post-joining follow-up with clients regarding the performance of candidate• Ensure team achieves closure of ongoing requirements• Arrange Pre Medical, Reference Check if necessary• Build & classify database on Hire Craft for respective division

 Short listing of applications for final approval. Receiving and understanding requirement’s of clients. Responsible for keeping a track of CVs sent to various clients and the status thereof. Inviting Candidates for the interview by letters /telephonic messages. Maintaining and updating records by daily follow up with clients and candidates. Maintaining employee’s personal records Travel reservations for the candidates during secondment. Responsible for keeping a track of employees overtime and daily travel expense records.  Keeping records of Training programs for ISO process. Responsible for Mobalisation and Demobalisation process of employees.  Responsible for keeping a track of Probation Assessments during the financial year end for increment and ISO process.
