• Responsible for reconciliation and protection of customers’ inventory• Work with IT group to support enhancements and changes to inventory systems• Maintain tank information, including contract information, product assignments and tank measurement information, carrier information, vessel information, add line segments and strapping tables and tank information• Provide estimated throughput numbers to Accounting• Manage/Train (5) customer service representatives, assign task/responsibilities, manage performance and promote an encourage cross training• Assist commercial and operations with ad hoc reporting, customer service, billing and audits• Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory variances • Work with Compliance Coordinator to ensure product movement documentation is in compliance regarding Designate & Track, EPA requirements• Work with terminal management to ensure product movement documentation meets Sarbanes-Oxley requirements• Responsible for month end closing of all Inventory transactions and associated reporting; including throughput reports, DOT line throughput reports, Federal and State Exstars reporting to the government • Responsible for weekly and monthly bulk terminal blender reports that are filed with the Department of Energy Information Administration• Yearly report to the Department of Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau for Ethanol• Maintain tank Safefill Excel spreadsheet for control room use• Process marine, tank trucks, and pipeline movements• Interface & communicate with terminal staff, operations, customers and inspection companies• Maintain daily inventory by researching variances to insure proper accounting reports• Ensure order entry accuracy according to customer contracts• Input adjustment entries into inventory system to maintain a balanced record• Solve and preform multiple statistical tasks utilizing numerous software applications• Assist in quality control meetings
