• Dedicated Refresh Technician in support of the current EUC Refresh project, this large push for refreshes began in October 2014, with refresh targets exceeding over 1,000 units deployed monthly.

• Provide onsite or remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, LAN’s for General Motors (GM) Technical Center.• Support install, move, add, change (IMAC) activities, Computer refreshes, and break fix incident resolution.• Conduct hardware (H/W), software (S/W) and networking troubleshooting and problem resolution for the General Motors Online (GMOL) environment.• Recommend solutions for H/W and S/W repairs and rebuild of operating systems.• Assist with data migrations and system upgrades. S/W support includes, Windows 7, Microsoft office 2013 and 2010, Lotus Notes email, outlook and VPN.• Install, upgrade, and support Blackberry and Smart phone devices.• Track and update H/W and S/W in inventory. Update cases in Service Center. Follow Quality Management system (EMKS) documentation.

•Provided Queue Management Support for the Warren GM Online teams. This support includes monitoring Service Center and IMAC processes. Knowledge of IMAC and metrics. Queue Managers are required to manage, verify, prioritize assign and update requests via a work order tracking tool. This tool is currently Service Center.•Centralized support for management of contractor resources, worked with EDS Management on forecasting staffing needs. Worked with approved vendors to coordinate resources.•Created and maintained PO’s for paying all monthly contractor billing against appropriate PO
