Mock inspections to measure performance and quality assurance along with practical and process driven support to help you turn your regulated CQC service around to improve ratings.I also offer a service that provides support to improve professional practice and development within your organisation, supporting your people to develop competence in the delivery of Adult Social Care services. As part of my management responsibilities I was very lucky to manage respite care homes across Cheshire for adult's with learning disabilities.. I was also very fortunate to gain experiance managing an older peoples day care centre for individuals diagnosed with dementia. My work progressed to overseeing the day to day management of a service for people with a physical disability I also at that time became involved with developing and managing a unique service called Shared Lives.… Show more As part of my management responsibilities I was very lucky to manage respite care homes across Cheshire for adult's with learning disabilities..
