Project Manager on the Infrastructure team, recently completing the standardization of all desktops throughout the organization (approx. 61,000) to Windows 7. Developed, implemented, and manage User Acceptance Testing methodology to test over 5,000 applications. Developed resource estimating tools and work with executive management throughout the organization to set expectations on deliverables. Manage multiple locations on deployment of new desktop standard. Developed remediation tracking tool and processes to ensure all devices (PCs, biomed devices, etc.) are cut over, minimizing support costs.Other projects include the piloting of removable media encryption functionality, the upgrade of a newly acquired facility to our current infrastructure standards, Active Directory migration of Chicago Mercy, and implementation of automatic user provisioning of core applications such as Cerner and Lawson Supply Chain.
