Supervised a team of eleven (11) people handling subsequent operations for all vertical and horizontal operated wells (7,800+ wells) which included:-Preparation of AFEs for all subsequent operations -Evaluation of all leases, contracts, and spacing units for continuous operations during wellbore integrity work offsetting all newly drilled horizontal wells -Coordination of continuous operations and lease maintenance with operation teams both inside and outside the company (for wellbore integrity work, wildlife obligations, crop restrictions, etc.); this involved daily corrections and updates to Quorum lease/contract database and Generwell well database-Reviewing Joint Operating Agreements and various other agreements to submit AFEs/election letters to partners for their share of all wells’ subsequent operations costs including reworks, recompletions, retrofits, and plugging and abandonments-Approving and releasing subsequent operations to field team when all requirements were met-Supervised the retrofitting or plugging of over 2,400 facilities and their associated wells (approximately 6,200 wells in a 3-year period) through same process mentioned above-Met with team members often for feedback and created motivational events for team building-Met with leadership teams weekly to organize and carry out directives from management
