Current if a newly formed company. I am working in the Controlling Department, within Shared Services . My responsibilities include the updating of the Internal Billing System, used by GE and making the monthly journal entries needed. Additional responsibilities include Inter-company balancing, posting the monthly revaluation, in SAP and various other account reconciliations as assigned.

Worked as a Senior Accountant to help with the set-up and processes for a newly acquired company. I I worked in the Corporate Office in Cleveland for a plant in Illinois. • Handled all Daily Accounting functions: A/P – Vendor set-up, invoice entry, check processing. A/R Customer Cash application, credit approvals, and collection. Daily Cash requirements check banking transactions and made entries is SAP. .• Monthly posted all needed JE’s – Payroll, Utility Accruals, Depreciation update and misc. je’s. Made sure SAP modules were clear of errors. Assembled and reviewed the Financial Reports. Account reconciliation as needed.• Worked on the SAP conversion, from Acquired SAP system to new SAP for International Consolidation.• Trained new permanent employee, once SAP implementation was completed.

Omnova is moving there reporting to BPC from Masterpiece (AS400) system. I am working on BPC upload verification, from MP and SAP, for both current and prior years. Also, I am working with the BPC report writing tools, with EPM (Enterprise Mgmt. Solutions, excel add-on) to set up new management reports. Worked with Financial Analyst’s, of the Global Finance Department, on projects related to recent acquisitions. The major project was establishing Month-end reporting that could be distributed timely. Consolidated Financial reports, using excel, for multiple divisions and 3 different ERP systems. (SAP, AS400 Infinium and Oracle Hyperion-HFM).
