Senior Events Manager
CurrentThe Senior Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of The Endowment’s Center for Healthy Communities in all three of its state-wide locations. Under the broad direction of Director of Events and Facilities, the Sr. Manager develops and implements the use policies and procedures that support the programmatic objectives of the Center. The Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing the food service contract and ensures that the food service operations exceed customer service expectations; works with the regional managers to develop and implement the Center’s marketing and outreach efforts; develops and maintains the room reservations and scheduling system; works collaboratively with the Facilities Department to ensure consistency and regular communication related to facilities management and use. The Sr. Manager has responsibility for ensuring that customer service needs of all internal and external audiences are met in the centers.
